EU Right of Withdrawal

When a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, Bluecentric will reimburse the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products to Bluecentric. Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Bluecentric may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received.

This policy is based on the withdrawal provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, particularly Articles 9–16.
